Foremost, Angelus Schnabl (b. 1997) is an artist working in painting and sculpture. Born in Vienna Austria he moved to the Netherlands to study photography at the Royal Academy of Art (KABK), graduated in July 2023 and since September 2024 he is based in Brussels, Belgium completing his MFA at LUCA School of Arts. Schnabl's recent exhibitions include SWAB Art Fair, Ron Mandos, Stigter van Doesburg, Ostlicht and many others. In 2023 he was nominated for the Ron Mandos Photo Talent Award, and in 2025 Angelus won the 2nd place of the art award Carinthia (Nachwuchspreis Bildende Kunst Kärnten) and the Förderpreis of the Bruno Gironcoli award.
